Peter Salas, MD received his MD from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, and did a hand surgery fellowship at the University of Washington, Seattle; a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Providence Hospital Medical Center, Southfield, MI (where he was chief resident); a microvascular surgery fellowship at the University of Washington, Seattle; and an aesthetic surgery fellowship at St. Barnabas Hospital Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. He is a diplomat of and board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery, the American Board of Aesthetic Mesotherapy, the National Board of Medical Examiners, and the Federation of State Medical Boards. Dr. Lockwood is a Canadian Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who received his MD in 1979, and Plastic Surgery Fellowship in 1988. His postgraduate training has been in St.John's, Toronto, Ottawa, and Winnipeg, in Canada; and in Salt Lake City in the United States. He has been practising Plastic Surgery in Winnipeg, Manitoba, since 1989. Dr. Lockwood specializes now in Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Surgery in a state of the art Private Clinic and Surgery Centre in Winnipeg. | Mathew Avram, MD, JD received his undergraduate degree at Princeton and his JD from Cornell (where he was the note editor of the Cornell International law Journal). After practicing law for a few years, he attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia where he received his MD in 2000. He did his internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, his residency in dermatology at Harvard University, and a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
